Office Staff
Paul Hesch, Executive
Director

Paul moved from Kansas
City, KS where he had been a building contractor for 25 years,
coming to Taos in 2000. He holds a New Mexico Contractor's License
and continues to manage his own Construction firm in addition to
being Executive Director of HFHT.
Paul joined HFHT as a volunteer and became a Board Member shortly
thereafter. In 2002, he assumed the position of Construction
Director for approximately 8 months and then returned to the Board.
He was appointed Executive Director of HFHT in 2005. Paul says,
"Having a well qualified Staff makes my job easy." Under Paul's
direction, HFHT has completed 10 homes for needy families in Taos in
5 years.
Cyndi Howell, Assistant Manager

A transplant from
Kingsport, TN, Cyndi has been a resident of New Mexico since 1992.
Cyndi has been employed in various and office managerial positions
prior to joining HFHT.
An active member of her church, Cyndi first learned about HFHT
during a presentation that Habitat made to a number of local
congregations. After learning that HFHT was seeking a part-time
Office Assistant, she joined the Staff in May of 2004. Cyndi's
duties include posting bills, taking care of correspondence and
Thank You letters, and General "Gofer" for the other Staff members.
Kyle Berry, Construction Director

Kyle grew up and attended
public schools in Taos. His father was a building contractor in the
area and he has worked in the building trades for many years.
He became involved with HFHT as a prospective home owner and then
participated in the construction of his own home in the Habitat
complex here in Taos in 2001. Kyle joined the HFHT staff as
Construction Supervisor in 2003 and has supervised the construction
of four homes. He especially enjoys meeting and working with the
volunteers who provide the majority of the labor required to
complete the Habitat homes.
